The Sixth Grade

6^th grade created prayers based on the Lenten prayer that Sr. Kathleen prays with us on the yard every morning, “Create a Clean Heart In Me Oh God”.

Many seaside villas on the Bay of Naples had interior gardens planted within colonnaded courtyards.  These gardens were accented with fountains, columns, and statues, some of which spouted water into pools.

6^th grade students designed frescos to represent their own beautiful gardens in an interior courtyard.

6^th grade traveled for their latest book reports!

6^th grade made crosses with questions to God and ways we want to be like Jesus. 

These crosses helped students learn about the first SLE “Being Committed Catholics/Christians”.

6^th grade created Rose Windows to show the characteristic feature of Gothic Cathedrals

as part of Core Knowledge Art.
