Admissions Process & Eligibility

The admissions process commences in late fall each year with a series of school tours and the distribution of information and application packets. To be eligible for admission, a Kindergarten applicant must be five by September 1. First grade applicants must be six by September 1.

A completed application consists of the following:

  • Baptismal certificate (or birth certificate for non-Catholics)
  • Health records, including immunization records
  • Signed tuition agreement
  • Signed policy agreement
  • Registration fee

Also required:

  • Interview of parents and student by principal and/or teacher
  • Readiness test for kindergarten applicants OR Basic skills test for transferring students

All new students are admitted on a probationary status for the first two quarters.
